Along the Parramatta River and throughout the rising West the mighty Spotted Gum stands tall, and you’ll spot many of these iconic trees on your way into CommBank Stadium. This ANZAC Round our jersey is designed with a camouflage based on the unique shapes formed on the trunks of these ancient marvels, and tinted to match the club colours of our Blue and Gold Army. But this day isn’t about us. Today we remember the brave men and women, each of them brothers, sisters, mothers and fathers who have served our nation, and have given their lives to preserve the peace and freedom we all now enjoy. And so, this ANZAC Round, we also wear the red poppy with pride – a symbol of remembrance and hope for a more peaceful future for all.
