Sid Domic puts Greg Inglis’ famed goanna totem front and centre of the design of the QLD Maroons State of Origin 2023 Indigenous Training Jersey. The artwork reflects the connections the Maroons have. Larger circles and conjoining lines in the background represent Aboriginal communities and people across the land. The Dhari, a symbol of Torres Strait Islanders used in cultural ceremony and dance, along with the turtle and crayfish, represent the people of the Torres Strait Islands.
