Consulting with local elders of the region, Krstel Petrevski designed a guernsey that celebrates the clubs ability to unite people from all walks of life’s and backgrounds. Worn for the Sir Doug Nicholls round the West Coast Eagles 2023 Indigenous Guernsey sees circles at the centre for the clubs programs and connections. Feathers are seen as a representation of past players and officials. Waalitj the Eagle sits proudly at the front, proudly spreading its wings. People symbols display acceptance of individualism and the boomerangs unite the club through the strength of mind, body and spirit .
