1. Return & Exchange Window

You may return or exchange your items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached and in their original packaging.

2. Return Shipping Costs

We believe in full transparency regarding shipping responsibilities:

  • Customer Responsibility: For any returns or exchanges initiated due to personal preference (e.g., wrong size selected, changed mind), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • No Collect-on-Delivery (COD): Please note that we do not accept any "Collect-on-Delivery" (COD) packages. Any packages sent back with postage due will be refused by our warehouse and returned to the sender.
  • Faulty Items: If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at [email protected], and we will provide a prepaid shipping solution or a full refund.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:

  3. Securely pack your item and mail it back using a tracked shipping service.

Q: Can I return a personalized or custom jersey?
A: Customized or personalized items (such as jerseys with custom name/number prints) are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty.

Q: What if my jersey arrives damaged or incorrect?
A: We deeply apologize for any errors. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately, and we will cover the return costs and replace the item for you.

Q: Why do you refuse COD (Collect-on-Delivery) packages?
A: To ensure smooth warehouse operations and avoid administrative delays, we cannot accept packages that require payment upon delivery. Please ensure shipping is prepaid.

Q: How long does it take to get my money back?
A: After we receive and inspect your return, refunds usually take 5–10 business days to reflect on your original payment method, depending on your bank.
