Q: Where can I find my tracking number?
A: Your tracking number is sent to your email as soon as your order is dispatched. Check your inbox (or spam folder) for a dispatch notification.
Q: My tracking number shows no updates?
A: Updates can take 24-48 hours to appear after dispatch. If there is no movement after 3 days, email us.
Q: Can I change my address?
A: Once an order has left our facility, we cannot change the address. Please contact us immediately if you have urgent concerns.
Q: Missing package marked as "Delivered"?
A: Check with neighbors or your local post office. If still missing, contact us so we can help investigate.
